中医鼻病序贯疗法治疗变应性鼻炎肺虚感寒证临床研究

- 摘要:
- 目的 评价中医 鼻病序贯疗法治疗变应性鼻炎（allergic rhinitis， AR ）肺虚感寒证的疗效。方法 将符合入选标准的 2020年1－7月广安门医院耳鼻喉科门诊AR肺虚感寒证患者60例，按随机数字表法分为2组，每组30例。中药口服组仅口服玉屏风散合苍耳子散加味，序贯疗法组口服结合熏蒸玉屏风散合苍耳子散加味。2组均连续治疗14 d。分别于治疗前后进行临床症状评分，采用Sheldon法进行鼻黏膜嗜酸性粒细胞（EOS）分级，评价临床疗效。结果 序贯疗法组 25例、中药口服组28例进入疗效统计。序贯疗法组总有效率为88.0%（22/25）、中药口服组为89.3%（25/28），2组比较差异无统计学意义（χ2=2.83，P=0.883）。序贯疗法组治疗后鼻塞、流涕、喷嚏评分及总分低于中药口服组（P<0.01），鼻黏膜EOS分级差值［（2.76±0.27）级比（1.52±0.36）级］高于中药口服组（P=0.01）。结论 中医 鼻病序贯疗法可有效改善AR肺虚感寒证患者鼻塞、流涕、喷嚏症状，减少鼻黏膜EOS分布，临床疗效与口服中药相近，且安全性较好。
