摘要:: 升麻为我国临床常用中药，具有发表透疹，清热解毒，升举阳气的功能。黑升麻是中药升麻的别名或其炮制加工品。黑升麻（black cohoch）又称总状升麻，广泛用于治疗围绝经期症状。中外升麻的来源不同，临床作用也有所不同，使用时应注意区别。

Abstract:: Bugbane rhizome is a traditional Chinese herb as a common used in clinic. It has the function of dispersing evils from the superficies and promoting eruption, dispelling evil heat and expelling the virulent factors, ascending Yang-Qi or the vital energy of the spleen. Black cohosh is called Cimicifuga racemosa. It is used for the treatment of the symptoms of perimenopausal female. The origin and function of bugbane rhizome and black cohosh are different and should pay attention to the use.
