补肾益精丸治疗肾阴虚型精液活动力异常不育症的临床研究

摘要:

目的 观察补肾益精丸治疗男性精液活动力异常的临床疗效。方法 收集60例肾阴虚型男性不育症患者，均采用补肾益精丸治疗，3个月为1个疗程，共治疗2个疗程。比较患者治疗前、后临床症状的改善情况，并对10例有完整精液常规检测资料的患者进行了统计分析。结果 本组60例肾阴虚型男性不育症患者治疗后，痊愈20例，受孕率为33.3%。统计10例患者治疗后配偶受孕情况，其中痊愈5例，受孕率为50.0%。疗程结束后，患者五心烦热、盗汗口干、腰膝酸软、舌红少苔、脉细数等症状明显改善[治疗前分别为(2.67±0.57)分、(2.38±0.56)分、(2.43±0.54)分、(2.46±0.52)分、(2.96±0.53)分，治疗后分别为(0.67±0.24)分、(0.60±0.23)分、(0.52±0.23)分、(0.86±0.24)分、(0.91±0.22)分，P＜0.05]。此外，治疗后精子活动力A级、B级、C级也较治疗前明显提高[治疗前分别为(22.6±2.36)%、(13.3±1.25)%、(3.1±0.58)%，治疗后分别为(35.1±3.15)%、(17.6±3.01)%、(11.1±1.26)%，P＜0.05]。结论 补肾益精丸可有效改善肾阴虚型男性不育症患者的临床症状及精子活动力，提高其配偶怀孕率。

Abstract:

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Bushen-Yijing pill on infertility due to sperm abnormality in male . Methods Sixty male patients with infertility due to sperm abnormality were enrolled and diagnosed with the pattern of kidney yin deficiency according to traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). All the cases were prescribed with Bushen-Yijing pill for 2 treatment courses for 6 months (3 months per treatment course). Clinical symptoms were compared between pre- and post-treatment, of which 10 cases with complete routine semen report were analyzed statistically. Results Of 60 male infertility patients with pattern of kidney yin deficiency, after 2 courses of treatment, 20 were cured at a conception rate of 33.3%. Five of the 10 cases with complete routine semen report were cured, at a conception rate of 50%. After treatment, the symptoms, including feverish sensation in chest palms and sloes, night sweating and dry mouth, aching and weakness of waist and knees, reddish tongue with little coating, and thin and rapid pulse, were significantly improved from 2.67±0.57, 2.38±0.56, 2.43±0.54, 2.46±0.52, 2.96±0.53 scores before treatment to 0.67±0.24, 0.60±0.23, 0.52±0.23, 0.86±0.24, 0.91±0.22 scores, respectively (P＜0.05). In addition, after treatment the sperm activity at grade A, B, C was markedly improved from (22.6±2.36)%, (13.3±1.25)%, (3.1±0.58)% before treatment to (35.1±3.15)%, (17.6±3.01)%, (11.1±1.26)%, respectively (P＜0.05). Conclusion Bushen-Yijing pill could effectively treat male infertility due to kidney yin deficiency-induced sperm abnormality, improve the clinical symptoms and sperm activity, and hence increase the conception rate of their wives.
