摘要:
目的 对丹红注射液进行上市后再评价，并对用药合理性进行分析。方法 由临床药师对太原市中心医院2010年2月～8月使用丹红注射液的400例患者进行集中监测，调查用药情况，并进行分析及评价。结果 有适应症患者的病情好转率为95.1%、不良反应发生率为0.5%；该药在使用过程中主要存在非适应症用药、溶媒选择不当、与其他药品配伍等问题。结论 丹红注射液疗效显著、安全；临床药师进行用药监测的工作模式值得推广。
Abstract:
Objective To re-evaluate Danhong injection and analyze the rationality of medication. Methods 400 patients treated with Danhong injection in Taiyuan Centre Hospital from February to August, 2010 were monitored centralizedly. Their medication and the results were analyzed and evaluated. Results The improvement rate was 95.1%, and the incidence of adverse reaction was 0.5%. The problems showed in the use of the drug were non-indication medication, inappropriate selection of solvent, and unsuitable compatibility with other drugs. Conclusion Danhong injection has the advantages of perfect effects and safe. The mode of medication monitoring by clinical pharmacist is worth promoting.
